Q1: How can I get a quotation?
Please provide us with 3D drawing,including details(material,dimension,tolerances,surface treatment and any other technical requirements)quantity,application or sample.Once we have this information,we will be able to offer you the best price within 24 hours.
Q2:What is the minimun order quantity(MOQ)?
We do not have a minumum order quantity,we also welcome you trial order before mass production after payment.
Q3:Can i get cnc machining parts sample?
Yes,of course.We will make sample after you paid set up cost.And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample,we will send to you bu freight collect.
Q4:What is the way of packing?
We typically pack goods according to the customer's requirements.For reference,we use packing options such as wrapping paper,carton boxes,wooden crates,and pallets.
Q5:How long is your delivery time?
Stock product are generally 5-7days,custom order are 20-30 days,depending on the quantity and parts.Please rest assured that all our products are thoroughly inspected and approved, with an inspection report provided before delivery. Generally, there will be no non-conformance. In the event of any issues, please contact us immediately, providing pictures and videos of the problem. We will investigate the issue and ensure that the products are reworked or repaired promptly, with the resulting transportation costs covered by our company.
